Our rates for 2012

We have three yurts in total. Our two smaller yurts “Ash” and “Willow” are perfect for couples, but can sleep up to 4. Our large yurt will sleep up to 6 guests.

Standard Rates: (Minimum 2 night stay required)
Small Yurts: £60 per night (Mon-Thur), £70 per night (Fri-Sun)
Large Yurt: £70 per night (Mon-Thur), £80 per night (Fri-Sun)

HIGH SEASON 2012: 4 nights Mon – Thur OR 3 nights Fri – Sun
Small Yurts £270
Large Yurt £300

2nd-12th Apr; 5th-7th May; 1st-9th June; 30th July to 2nd Sept.
Children under 12 stay free of charge.

Group Bookings
We request that adult groups of 8 or more book exclusive use of the site.
The total price for exclusive use of the site for up to 14 guests.
Standard rate: £285 per night. (min 2nt stay).
High season: £950 – 3nt weekend or 4nts midweek.

All prices are for the whole yurt, not per person and include all your wood for the woodburners and campfires, firelighters, matches and tea lights.

Please see below for the essentials you will need to bring:

Pillows and sleeping bags/duvets, sheets, towels for the shower, wellies and at least one good torch. As lighting in the yurts is fairly low level you may wish to bring some additional battery powered lanterns, especially if you book during the winter months, if you plan on doing any reading or for sitting outside the yurt after dark. We also recommend you bring slippers, or other easy to kick off footwear as we do not allow shoes or boots to be worn inside the Yurts.

Please note we do not provide charcoal for the BBQ’s.

We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If arrival is is within 6 weeks of booking then full payment will be required in advance. We will hold a reservation for 5 days whilst awaiting a deposit payment but reserve the right to sell this holiday without further notice after this period.
In the event of you needing to cancel your holiday we will do our best to resell it, if successful we will refund you in full or the amount the holiday resold for if discounted.

We regret that we cannot accept dogs, or other pets and no exceptions will be granted.

All yurts are non-smoking.

Adult groups must be 21 and over.

We request that adult groups of 8 or more persons book all three yurts.

Strictly no hen/stag parties.

Please be advised that this not a party site, out of respect for other guests and our neighbours we do not permit amplified music at any time and noise after 11pm must be kept to a minimum (ie quiet talking around the yurt campfire). If you wish to be noisy please choose another site.
