Strawberry Skys yurt holiday camping site is set in the stunning rolling hills of Powys Mid-Wales on our 10 acre smallholding. The yurts look out across the Cambrian and Berwyn mountains and you only need to be here at sunset to understand the name.

Our yurt camp site is beautifully secluded, yet easily accessible which makes it the perfect spot for your Glamping getaway or yurt holiday. For a short weekend yurt break this might entail nothing more then a walk down to the village for some supplies or maybe a visit to the waterfalls. But don’t feel pressured to go anywhere. Come, relax and get away from it all with nothing more to worry about than lighting the BBQ and keeping the fires going. Or if you’re here for longer, or maybe have the children to entertain you can use as a base for exploring all the sites and activities that Mid & North Wales have to offer. Our traditional Mongolian yurts are set apart from each other in a gently sloping field containing Willow, Ash and Cherry trees. We are a small, low-impact site with only three yurts so you will never feel rushed, or crowded. Each yurt is built on raised wooden platforms, felt lined and heated by a woodburner so the yurts are amazingly warm all year round for the perfect glamping yurt experience.

Whatever you choose to do during your yurt break you can end the day marvelling at the Milky Way and the occasional shooting star, listen to the owls and watch the bats from the comfort and warmth of your own camp fire or simply enjoying the relaxing warmth of the yurts for a wonderful and peaceful wind-down.
